BBMOC recently lodged an application for a 349 bed space student accommodation development located adjacent to CIT, Rossa Avenue, Cork. The lack of appropriate student accommodation has been highlighted in the media in recent weeks and this large development by Montesa Ltd should go some way to freeing up other rented accommodation while providing dedicated student spaces.
